Our rates apply to house removals, office removals, apartment removals and long distance moves across Western Australia.

> Rural rate (2 crew + truck, billed depot to depot) – $205 per hour + GST
> 2 crew + truck rates are billed in 30-minute increments – 2 hours minimum charge applies
> Travel / call-out fee (within Perth CBD) – $99 flat fee
> Optional extra crew member to speed up your move – $79 per hour + GST
> Glass & TV protection: all glass items and televisions must be bubble wrapped prior to move day. If unwrapped, our team will bubble wrap them upon arrival – $3 per metre
> Specialised & heavy items over 120 kg (e.g. pianos, spas, large marble tables, pool tables) – $250 flat fee
> Disposal services (optional): standard hourly rates plus 1 additional travel hour, plus recycling fees – $100 per 300 kg general goods / $75 per heavy appliance or mattress

What’s Included in Your Hourly Rate
- Stairs: standard flights of stairs included at no extra charge.
- Protective equipment: moving blankets, heavy-duty straps and shrink wrap provided at no extra cost.
- Bed & furniture assembly: assembly/disassembly of beds and standard furniture covered within your hourly rate (excludes electronics, home gyms & trampolines).
How Long Does a Move Take?
As a general rule of thumb, moves typically average around 2 hours per bedroom. This is strictly a rough estimate and varies depending on total content volume, property access (parking distance, stairs/walkways) and packing readiness. Being well organised on move day goes a long way toward keeping the time (and cost!) down.
Booking, Cancellation & Payment
- Arrival windows: Morning 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM, Afternoon 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, or Evening 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM ($199 per hour).
- Cancellations: free changes/cancellations up to 48 hours prior. Rescheduling or cancelling within 48 hours incurs a 2-hour fee.
- Payment options: cash, bank transfer or credit card. Invoices are due immediately upon completion.
- Insurance: while our team takes maximum care, moving involves inherent risks. We strongly recommend securing Home Removal Insurance. Without coverage, transit liability rests with the client.
